At Seek Well we create experiences and resources for men and women to be still and listen to God.

• 180 men and women attended a Seek Well experience.

• We saw 2023 as the year where our alumni became

the driving force for inviting others to be still and listen.

• Over 400 people learned to listen to God through speaking engagements around southeast Michigan.

• Every month, people from all over the country create space to connect with God through The Daily Rhythm.

• Our Podcast, Free And Light, has over 17,000 plays across all platforms. People from 21 different states are learning how to be still and listen to God.

• Over 1,700 copies of our book, Listen, are in circulation.

• We continue to see growth through our free resources! Our podcast, book, blog, and The Daily Rhythm are extending the reach of our impact to help people seek Jesus well.

  • One Year

    Since 2017, 180 men and women have completed our year-long experiences, One Year for Men and One Year for Women.

  • One Evening

    In 2023 we launched a brand new experience called One Evening. Over a great cup of coffee, men and women are discovering what it means to be still and listen to God.

  • Free And Light Podcast

    In 2022 we launched the Free And Light podcast. With over 17,000 plays, people from all over the country have joined us as we tell the story of what God is doing in our lives in real time, while sharing the vision and impact of Seek Well.

  • Getaway

    In 2021 we launched GETAWAY. To date Over 120 men and women have come to Haven to learn how to slow down and listen to God.

  • One Day

    In 2018 we offered our first One Day experience. We have had over 200 men and women attend a ONE DAY experience.

  • Haven

    In 2019, God provided 40+ acres of land for us to build Haven; our retreat center where we hold all of our in-person experiences.

  • THE DAILY RHYTHM

    In 2020, God led us to start The Daily Rhythm. Each month hundreds of people from all over the country join in on this week-long listening experience.

  • LISTEN

    In 2020, we released our book LISTEN. To date, over 1,700 people have purchased a copy.

  • Speaking

    We have recently had the privilege of partnering with other organizations to guide them towards life to the full by learning to be still and listen to God.
