When life doesn’t work out like we want, where is God? Does He even care or hear our prayers?

These are the questions Kaya Sheppard wrestled with as she struggled through infertility. After years of trying to have children, she grew angry. Hurt took over her life and a wedge formed in her relationship with God.

Desperate for something to change in her spiritual life, Kaya applied to One Year for Women.

Over her year-long journey with Seek Well, God began to renovate her heart. She found intimacy with Him by learning to listen to His voice. And, she found healing by surrendering her dreams of a family to Gods’ plan.
